The
Department
of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD)
serves people of all ages who have mental retardation or related
developmental disabilities; alcohol or other drug addictions; the
most severe mental illnesses, such as schizophrenia and bi-polar
disorder, or children and teens with severe emotional disturbance.
The main office for DBHDD is located in downtown Atlanta.
